Data and voicemail question

Hello. I just switched over to Koodo today from Bell and I have 2 questions. First, the data isn't working on my phone but I have a 1 GB data plan, Two, how do I set up my voice mail, my phone says voicemail isn't configured. I don't have a voicemail number. Please help!

Hi there... Press on number 1 for a couple of seconds and this will connect you with the VM, then you can set it up... Hi Debbie First, Congrats for moving to Koodo. To set up the voicemail hold down the number one key on the keypad and it'll dial you right into the voicemail to set it up. The data can be configured by making sure the apn is set to koodo. Make sure the wifi is off and data turned on and make sure the apn is as follows: Tap New APN on the bottom of the screen and enter the following information: Name: KOODO APN: sp.koodo.com Proxy: Port: 80 Username: leave blank Password: leave blank Server: leave blank MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc MMS Proxy server: MMS Port: 80 MCC: 302 MNC: 220 Authentication type: None APN type: leave blank Tap menu Tap Save make sure the /mmsc is after the koodo for the "mmsc"
