Data and SMS Charged

This last month, I was charged $14.99 for Data and SMS, did not leave the country nor did I approve of any purchase of extra data/SMS. Why did this happen and who can I talk to to discuss?

This sounds like a third party application charge.

It does say Application Store Service and the timestamp says 3:37 AM. It doesn’t say what the purchase was or who it was through. Since I do not remember purchasing or have I ever purchased an application through my phone, how do I get that information from Koodo?

Have you reviewed your text messages?  Do you see any messages from 5415?

Make sure to check your spam folder in your text messages (yes, text messages have a spam folder too)
