Customer service survey?

I recently had to call customer service and afterwards I got an SMS asking me to complete a survey for a chance to win a $500 prepaid credit card.

After completing the survey (standard "how did we do on a scale of 1-5" type questions), there was no more info about the contest portion.

Has anyone else received this? When is the draw for the $500 prize? No info about this anywhere it seems.

Koodo has these types of things all the time, usually with no set time frame on a drawing just once they get the feedback data they need. Koodo never advertise this probably because not everyone gets the chance to take part and then they'd have ppl feeling slighted so probably best to just be happy you got choosen and hope you get contacted to tell you that you've won. Been with koodo for years and never had this chance myself or others I personally know so your ahead of the game just being given the chance.... Now I'm feeling slighted lol.

Haha Paul, don't feel slighted.

FWIW, I'd prefer to have my weird problem fixed vs. have to call customer service every month, so really you're winning if everything is working 🙂.

Also, in case anyone is curious about why I have to call every month, there is something wrong with my account. All my calls appear as occurring an hour in the past (ie. if I make a call at 5PM, Koodo thinks I'm making the call at 4PM). This is a problem for me because I use the $35 free-after-5PM prepaid plan. All the calls I make between 5-6PM come out of my booster, even though they should be free.

Been happening for who knows how long, first noticed it 3 months ago when I blew through a 500 minute booster and had no idea how until I started investigating my usage more closely. Customer service keeps escalating the problem higher and higher, but so far, no luck getting it fixed 😞.

Koodo has good customer service, one of employees always make me happy when I ask service

I'd be interested to see at least the first name/initials and region of the winner(s). How many cards do you give out each quarter? I've done quite a few of these surveys over a few years with Koodo, their customer service is always incredible. I am a happy customer. -Will
