I am only 1,5 months with Koodo but already have a bad experience.Last week spent few hours with different customer service representatives with no result . Next day started again. The only person who solve all the problems and fixed all mistakes by billing department was David Josue!

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate David Josue outstanding customer service that he  provided last week, Saturday, September 09/2023.

He managed to fixed all problem created by billing department , he was very polite and understanding. 

Please let David Josue know that  his efforts,  patience and knowledge didn't go unnoticed and I greatly appreciate his time and service!

I wish Koodo has more customer service representatives like David Josue!

@PlutoGold Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Especially complimenting one of our reps, to whom with we will certainly relay your feedback. Looking at your account it does indeed wonder why some of our other reps have had challenges with assessing the situation and mitigating them sooner. Glad to see Josue came to the rescue though! Thanks for your patience and we will certainly take all the learning we can from this experience.
