Hi Emobs, wait times can be very long at times when trying to get trough to customer service especially on weekends where wait times can get into the hour or two. If there's something we may be able to help you with here feel free to ask and we may be able to help you avoid the long wait.

Paul....personally I don't have a problem with koodo as I have not had a problem with phones or service. However, if all the complaints on here about getting customer service is true, either Koodo is going to have to improve or they will implode on themselves. As good as this help section may be, a customer expects to get customer service from a live agent. Warranted or not this is the way it is. I am sure you all know that.

@DJ It is an iterative process to move folks from one service delivery model to another. I remember lining up to deposit paycheques at the bank, paying utility bills at the local office, and waiting for the new Sears catalog to buy things not locally available. Times have changed. If you want white glove service, you don't go to McDonalds. Many of the requests people are dialling in to Koodo to address, could be managed through automated interfaces, freeing the CSR for those issues which truly need hands on action. All those who call in to ask such questions lengthen the queue for others.

I would very much to unscribe to your forum. going to a kiosk and having the rep do it changed absolutely nothing.  I know where to go if I need info.  Those e-mails are getting pretty annoying.  HELP

Tap on your profile at the upper right corner of the screen. There are options there to set your notifications. Choose the settings you want, and press 'save'. Done!
