LOL the most liked idea on this forum is this exact idea. Personally I don't think it will happen anytime soon but a reward would be nice I suppose.

Indeed, it's been debated many times. However, I'll echo what has been said many times and which I agree with. The simple fact that Koodo doesn't have any sort of loyalty/retention perks or offers is actually what keeps some of us around. Everyone is at the same level, with the same level of service and the same region-based pricing structure. It would feel really bad and awkward to find out a friend of yours has a better plan than you by simply calling in and whining. It would also penalize those who never complain. The way it is right now, we're all paying the high Canadian wireless prices (all nationwide providers are sinners regarding this), but at least, we're all paying the same. No preferential treatment. And this is exactly what I love the most! I don't have to watch my back every month and call in often to make sure I'm getting the best deal. Koodo's best deal is what's printed on their website and it's open to anyone!

Absolutely! That, the good reception and this awesome community are the main reasons I stick around, even though I'm on prepaid!

Thanks David, that's the reason we do not offer loyalty rewards. We want to keep it fair and simple for everyone. You explained it very well!

No problem Sumaya! Only echoed what many other people also think about loyalty perks. Sure, it may be nice when you get them, but then you start wondering what other people got and you get anxious over it. Glad Koodo's not playing that game! :oD
