Customer Experience Survey Not Working - Digicert Error


A few days ago I contacted Koodo customer support, and they were able to resolve my issue. I recently received a Customer Experience Survey in my email, however when I attempt to start the survey, a Digicert popup message appears, stating: "An unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you continue to receive this error, please contact our support team by phone at 800-896-7973 or email at support@digicert.com." I have tried 4xDifferent browsers on 2xComputers, so it appears to be a server/SSL issue (Certificate info is: "The identity of this website has been verified by ____ CA but does not have public audit records")
