what time does koodo call center work?

I need to connect them, but  I can't connect now.

Hello, Sophia ^^
I would like to change my plan.
now, I am using $25 monthly plan, but I want to change to $15 prepaid plan.
When I visit koodo store, they can't do anything and call 611 to change.
I tried to call 611 several times, but it was not connect.

I have to usim card  again for prepaid plan ??
but, they(koodo guys) told me that those usim cards are same. (monthly usim = prepaid usim)

and, Should I call call center to change my plan?
How should I do?

YIPPEEEEE I want another Sophia to be on prepaid 🙂 I am on it too and I love it!

As others have pointed out, you will need a prepaid SIM card - sorry.... 😞

After you get a SIM card, post here again and we'll talk you through setting it up. No need to call Koodo... you can do it alone.

after I change to prepaid plan,  post-plan(monthly plan) will cancel automatically?

or I have to request cancel to koodo clerk?

And, I want to keep my phone number. Is it available?

What you need to do is transfer your number to prepaid. Your monthly plan will be cancelled automatically, no need to call them or cancel. You will receive one final bill and if you have a TAB (if you got a phone), you will need to pay that too. That's all 🙂

I have a last question
If I pay for 500minute on prepaid phone,
If I could't use all minutes, can I use all minutes until use all remain minutes? and, I don't need to pay anymore for booster option?

Boosters do not expire as long as your monthly base plan is paid for.
