current promo problems....

I just went through the checkout with my wife’s account

upgrade phone - added tab - upgraded plan

all went through fine with tab credits and a $50 bill credit on next bill

 

I logged into my account to make the identical changes  

upgrade phone - added tab - upgrade plan

this time through there is no $50 bill credit….

What gives?

Are promotions only selectively available?

Probably not too common but anyone see this one before?

The only stipulation for this one is that you have to be on one of 4G LTE plans that are $45+. Is this the case for the 2nd transaction you're trying to do?

Yes sir

identical changes - just different accounts

from $45 plan to $50 plan 

necessary upgrade to do the tab for a new phone

When logged into second account to duplicate the order this $50 bill credit it conspicuously absent

You can contact a Koodo rep to see if they can give the same deal to you as your wife’s account. There is no guarantee it will work, but it is worth a try. I have the same issue.    On the Cyber Monday page it says:
