I've been keeping track of my credit score for a while now through creditkarma. You can see the date that koodo reports your balance. I get my bill on the 17th of each month, I pay it the same day. It seems to take about 3 days for koodo to process it and show as a 0 balance online. Koodo then reports my balance owing to the credit bureau on the 24th as owing the full amount I just paid almost a week prior. This seems to have a negative affect on my credit score. My phone is paid for and I have a monthly plan. I never had a tab. I've only been with koodo since January and have never been late. I'm not sure what to do other than to pay my bill 2 weeks before receiving it. Or just go back to overpriced telus.
