Up at the top of your browser you can hover your mouse over your name, then click "your Dashboard." Then, under your profile picture, click "Edit Profile." Next page, on the left, click "Account Information." Last step, enter your password in the box under "Close your user profile" then click the green "Close User Profile" button.

1) On the top right, click on Profile information 2) Select Account information 3)Enter your password to deactivate profile https://d1qy7qyune0vt1.cloudfront.net/koodo-en/attachment/1_inline.bmp
This will de-activate your personal user account only and will not affect your community account. That is what it says, I want my community account deleted. I do not want my account for my phone deleted. Or is the personal account not your phone account.

Don't worry, your GetSatisfaction account is in no way linked to your Koodo service or Self Serve.
Ok, now I did not create an account though, it asked me to log in to the community using twitter facebook ect. So when i use the password i used to open the koodo comunity with twitter ect it would not except it when i tried doing hwat was shown above???? You supplied an invalid password, please try again... is what it tells me.

Then you don't actually have a GetSatisfaction account at all. Is it imparative that you remove your access to the Koodo Community? If you want to stop receiving emails you can just disable email notification settings.
Yes, I want to delete it all all together. SO, Is this something I have to call koodo to do, as I can not find a thing on here on how to do it.

Koodo reps don't support the community directly, so calling them won't be necessary. So you signed in using your Facebook or Twitter account? I don't use those so I have no idea what you need to do here, but you might need to unlink them through your original Twitter/Facebook account.
So Will unlinking them delete all of my koodo comunity stuff? Because that is what I want.

The posts should still be present but the profile cannot be viewed

If you do the steps that Dennis provided, screenshot included, that will deactivate the community account. I use my Facebook to connect with the community and I get the same option about deactivating.
is there no way to delete my topics/posts? as I would lik that done...
