charged for two top up cards while trying to set up a sim card

I was trying to set up a public mobile account online with my sim card. I got charged for 2 koodo top up cards instead if activating my sim card. I didn't receive anything for these top up cards, and didn't even want them. How do I get my money back or contact a representative? Or at least access these top up cards I was charged for without asking.

Did you agree to buy those top ups?  I mean your data was paused and received text if you want to buy a top up each time?

Nope. I was signing up for public mobile, not even koodo, but I was charged for koodo top up cards.

Who was the one processed the topup? Are you doing it online with the public mobile website or someone helped you?

If you are signing up online via public mobile portal, you would have to check in with public mobile forum.
