Changing my gender on my phone bill!


Hello everyone, I'm a new Koodo user. My first phone bill says that my name is "MRS. NATHAN WONG," but I'm most definitely male! How do I change my gender on my Koodo profile? Is it possible to do this online, or should I call customer support? Thank you very much! Nathan

I don't think you can change it through self serve.
Call CS from your Koodo phone, *611 option 5 > keep pressing 0 to get a rep
