Im trying to purchase a new phone because mine is broken. Self serve wants me to confirm my identity by sending a code to my broken phone, so I can not access the code to purchase the phone. What do I do now?

I suggest requesting the code when you have a friend or family member near by and you can pop your sim in their phone to receive the code.
Send a private message via Facebook or tweeter or ask for a callback and explain your issue. If cannot be resolved by phone, considering going to a koodo store.
