cant even buy a gift and you get labeld and discriminated against


Just because im native and I looked rough doesn't mean im less than you...wearing a logo and standing at a booth and making 12 and hour doesn't mean your smarter than me!!! Being a loyal customer means you get loyal and honest service...they listen to you and you listen to them!! that is not how I was treated at the koodo kiosk I went to for help. He was pushy and rude and laughed in my face, he interrupted me when I was talking and acted like what I said meant nothing. I might be a stay at home mom and native but that is my choice and no im not on welfare...my husband makes over 100,000 a year I only bought the damn stupid 100 dollar phone for a.gift for my brother. and it costed me my pride at least some of it. I was laughed at I was ignored I felt like a nobody...I have never felt like that my entire life not even when I was called big indian. Being ignore and laughed at in front of all those people was humiliating.

Hi Amanda, Very sorry to hear about your experience 😞 In fact Koodo would want to know about how their employees behave and I'd suggest you send them an email with details what happened (what store, what time, which employee and what exactly happened): http://koodomobile.com/en/bc/contact.shtml and then click the Tab "Email Us".
I did all that and they said it'll be dealt with and they will make me happy but how can you make me happy when I feel like crap...it was embarrassing I just pray that no one has that happen to them. it belittled me. its not only about the 120 phone im accepting the loss but personally I don't even wanna leave my house

Nobody deserves to be treated badly. Although obviously I wasn't there and don't know exactly what happened, I know that Koodo takes complaints very seriously. However as I said you will be better off to mail them directly. I don't work for Koodo so I'm not in a position to do something for you except sympathize... Good luck 🙂

You should definitely email or contact Koodo. They will help you with your problems, questions, issues, etc.

Hi Discriminated Girl, Assuming what happened to you is true, this is unacceptable. If you have a solid proof of this situation, please do contact Koodo's customer care. You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm If after this, you still feel that the situation has been unresolved, you can also reach out to the CCTS (http://www.ccts-cprst.ca) to file a complaint. They will then investigate this on your behalf. Again, many of these accusations you have put forth a very serious and if you are in fact telling the truth, they will help you take action. But again, I stress that you really contemplate the situation before potentially also costing someone their jobs (this person may not have a significant other making 100K+ a year and may have a family of their own to take care of).
