Cannot Contact Koodo for 3 Days


I been phoning for three days straight on hold for two hours and then disconnects me, or no option to hold and disconnect me. I have left them email no response, I want to cancel my service how do I do that????????!!! can't do it online, this is worst service regret signing up with them. Do I file complaint with CCTS??

If you're switching to another carrier just port your number over and your Koodo account will automatically be cancelled.
