Cancelwd my account


Hi,
I cancelled my plan in October 2018.
I was paying the bill from October in Nov, 2018.
Wy i get a bill for Nov, 2018 and Dec, 2018 ?

I don't have to pay this bills, I cancelled the plan because I was going back to Switzerland.
I will hope you understand my reason.

Are you sure that you called in to cancel? Are you sure that you paid your final bill? Are you getting charged for full months still or just the final bill is recycling due to not being paid?

You can also send Koodo a private message via Twitter.
If you dont have that either, then just create a dummy twitter or facebook account

I did it end of October 2018 by phone, but it wasn't working.
I don't know why.
I was paying the last bill for October 2018 on November 16. 2018.
After this date I didn't need this account anymore because I was going back to Switzerland.
Can you cancel those bills from Nov, and Dec.2018?

As two people ha e already said, you will have to contact Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it cancelled. This is a public forum and they will need to verify you. Just create a throwaway Twitter account and you'll get it cancelled. Alternatively you'll have to use a voip service like skype or something to call their 1-800 number to do it. Your choice.

If you dont have that either, then just create a dummy twitter or facebook account
