Cancelled phone number, still being billed.


I have tried to contact you via telephone and email but I have received no response and my time zone does not seem to match up to call you.

I cancelled my phone number MONTHS ago because I was moving back to Australia

I cancelled over the phone and made my last payment before I left. I made sure that my phone number would be cancelled at the right time to coincide with when I left.

[i]However, I have received an email from you last week that I have the past three months owing. This is not accurate as I had cancelled my phone for when I left to return to Australia.

My phone number should be cancelled and therefore I should NOT be billed let alone have any money owing. 

What is going on?

Koodo - this is on your end. If I cancel my phone number, I should not expect to see this brought up again months down the line. Please fix it.
