Koodo cancelled my plan and sent an email letting me know they've cancelled as per my request but I never requested this. I can't schedule a callback because my phone service has been shut off. How do I get my phone turned back on?

You can send koodo a message via Facebook at https://m.me/koodo and see if they can help get you sorted out there.
If you wanted it resolved a little quicker you can also give them a call if you can borrow someone else's phone or pop by a koodo store and get them to sort it out for you.
