Cancellation Question

I'd like to cancel a plan i set up that I haven't transfer my device to - I changed my mind and have decided not to transfer my service - how do I request a cancellation when I don't have a Koodo phone set up?

To cancel with Koodo you'll need to talk to them. You can request a callback through the digital assistant.

When you say that you haven't transferred your device to, do you mean that you haven't started the porting process yet form your current carrier?
