Cancellation Process


I want to cancel my phone service with Koodo, and at the same time I want to port my number to my new phone with a new service provider. What is the proper process I need to follow?

Don't cancel Koodo first. Grab your account # from Koodo. Go to the other provider you're activating with and tell them you're porting it in from Koodo. Then the rep will take care of it. Once your # moves, Koodo is auto-cancelled. You'll be billed for the month of usage and any remaining negative Tab balance. Any positive Tab will be lost. Out of curiosity, why are you leaving? Wind pricing,.gift cards on another carrier, etc?
