Cancellation: Confirmation Email

I called customer service and asked to cancel my service from 30 April. The Customer service rep told me it is confirmed and I will receive a confirmation email in 2 minutes, but after hours I didn't receive anything yet. Would you fix it please? I am moving to States and wanna make sure the cancellation is effective

We're just customers like you, Arash, you better call them again to verify the cancellation went through - you don't want nasty surprises!

Hi Arash, As Sophia pointed out, you should call them again to verify the cancellation, also have you checked your junk mail folder and are you sure you are looking on the e-mail account registered with your self-serve account? Hope this helps!
