Canceled phone plan and got cut off the call

I was on a call with koodo to pay my final bill and close my account - I got cut off the call and now have no service but my bill is still showing as unpaid. HELP?

Bad timing!

If you still have access to your self serve account (billing) you may find the amount owing and pay the amount off.

If you wish to speak to a koodo rep, ask for a callback via chat or Facebook/Tweeter.

- Did you request to cancel  on certain day?  Or was it over due?

"I got cut off the call and now have no service"

- You got cut off while you are talking or  no service after certain day?  Or, is it cut off before your request day( or  end of billing cycle)?

- It will take awhile to get  update all your transaction info on your  self serve. Give then few more days to check your due amount.  You can access to your self serve for 90days after the cancellation.

Can’t you always call Koodo even thouhg  your line has been cut off by dialing *611?
