Hi there,

I would like to cancel the phone and account because I moved to overseas. 

Can I cancel by e-mail or on-line? 

I already made a payoff my tap ( will pay sooner), so when can I cancel the phone and how? 

Please let me know that. Thanks.

You can’t cancel by emailing. If you are overseas, you can chat with a rep via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo /Twitter https://twitter.com/koodo messaging. A rep should be able to validate your credential and cancel the plan for you there.
