Cancel service

I want to cancel service…..many billing issues….double billing, extra charges for non use etc.  I cannot access a real live person….everywhere it is digital assistant. I have no internet on phone (I am senior). I tried all recommended numbers. Koodo does not seem to have any fax or email. How do I get to a real person???? PLEASE HELP!!!
