Cancel My Order

I need to cancel my order and no one is emailing me back,   when I call I am on hold and then sent to voicemail... Any suggestions?

Hi Nina - your order was actually shipped out earlier today. The reason you didn't hear back in time from the web store team is due to the backlog referenced in this article.

What you can do is not accept delivery of the package and it will get returned to our warehouse and then processed as a returned item (once that's done, all applicable charges and credits will be reversed). 
Thanks Ranjan, I will accept it. I originally thought it may be quicker to cancel t order and go in store but it's shipped already so I'm happy. Have a great day!
