Can't upgrade online


I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace II and the battery is starting to go on it. The warranty is expired. I thought I could buy the Samsung Galaxy III online but I have been told that I can't and have to go to a Koodo store. Unfortunately the closest one in my town no longer has someone working at the connection centre. I don't want to drive for 3 1/2 hours to the next Koodo store. Why can't we upgrade our phones online? Kind of makes having a tab totally useless. I have $87 saved up but can't use it all. Is there someway to get a Samsung Galaxy III?

Hi Carolin, If you wanted to get the Samsung Galaxy S3 on a Medium Tab you would be required to purchase it in store. If you don't have a Koodo kiosk nearby you can always go to a Best Buy or Futureshop as they tend to sell Koodo products, that way it saves you money from having to travel a long distance and you can get the same thing as you would at a kiosk.
