Can't receive texts or calls

I haven’t been able to receive calls or texts for the past few weeks. Calls go straight to voicemail, and texts don’t appear.  I can make/send calls and texts with no issues.

I’ve been with Koodo since mid 2019, so it’s not related to porting my phone #.  Please advise.

They had a page listing several troubleshooting steps. I would suggest you try them out https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/im-not-getting-any-network-service

IMO, if the phone worked before, it was some issue with the plan or the phone settings.

What phone do you have? Do you have some app to block spam calls/texts?

It’s a Samsung Galaxy S7, no spam blocking apps. No blocked numbers, either.

Have you tried restarting your phone to see if it fixes the issue?

Yes, several times.

Try with your SIM in another phone to see if it solved the issue. Do you have enough coverage?
