I haven’t been able to receive calls or texts for the past few weeks. Calls go straight to voicemail, and texts don’t appear. I can make/send calls and texts with no issues.
I’ve been with Koodo since mid 2019, so it’s not related to porting my phone #. Please advise.

IMO, if the phone worked before, it was some issue with the plan or the phone settings.
