I’m trying to open Koodo account today and Rep said that i have collection with Koodo. How do I contact Koodo to clear this out?

Did you ask the Koodo rep if they were able to pull up the amount remaining? I would suggest you to contact Koodo by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist or sending a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://Koo.do/Chat
