Can't get through with customer service.


For last 2 days, I've been calling Koodo; yesterday I called 3 times, today one time, but I don't get any live customer service. Now I'm finally thinking about changing to some other mobile services and will port my number. This is I'm just recording to show that I've done my best. If I'm charged more for porting my number to other phone carrier, I'd file my complaint to ccts

You won't be charged for porting your number out, but you will receive a final bill with any remaining fees (tab, usage, etc).

What reason did you want to call CS for?
Is there any way i cam open my screen as I can't remember my code...

@Monica - to clarify, are you talking about the lock-screen code on your phone, or something else?
