can't add a fourth phone on my account

Went to a Koodo kiosk this afternoon and was told that I can't add a fourth phone to my account in the first 90 days, why is this.

You're either new to Koodo and have to demonstrate you'll pay your bill or maybe you're on a spending limit

That is Koodo's policy regarding multi line activations. The account has to be active at least 90 days before you can add a 4th and 5th line. Sorry, my friend. You can use prepaid in the mean time.
