Can not port my number from Koodo Prepaid to my new Koodo monthly account

I’ve triple checked my account number and IMEI #’s but still get an error that account is not correct.

I found the IMEI wasn’t reliable for porting. Could you just leave it blank and use the account number and your phone number / name?

Also, if the system said the account number wasn’t correct, I suggest you check sign into prepaid self-serve and recheck. (The account number is different from your phone number)

I am using my Koodo prepaid 14 digit account number and I have tried both the account number and IMEI number on their own but still no luck.
