I am trying to get in touch with Koodo and can’t. They’ve been adding costs to my account without my permission. I’ve had a callback scheduled but they never called back (despite texting me they were about to call). Has anyone had this issue? How do I reach an actual human?! This is so frustrating that I am looking for a new provider as we speak.

Same exact issue for me. This is awful. 


Did you have call control setup in your account? and did you receive any voicemail from them?
