I have my old business name coming up as the caller id when I call people.Can anyone tell me how to change it back to my own name? Thank you in advance.

I didn't think that Koodo registered anything other than your number as they only deal with consumer and not commercial accounts. If your contacts saved your old name in their account/device, then this is the reason why it comes up. Their device identifies your number and matches it with the saved entry.
