Callback system is broken

I have been unable to schedule a callback.  No Reps available.   I have made multiple attempts over the last 2 days.

This is some seriously bad customer service.

What is the issue that you were trying to schedule a callback for. We can likely help out here.

I have spent over an hour with the fatally flawed Koodo Assist trying to get a callback.  I have been stuck in loops of requesting call back, then checking if a callback is scheduled to get ‘I couldn't find a callback with this phone number’ over and over and over.  

Now I just want to get a new phone provider.  

My account is supposed to get a $10 credit per month for 15 months.  Got my first bill will zero credits applied.  Tried to book a callback again today with no luck.  No reps available.

Can you able to me with transfer number from virgin mobile Koodo. I cannot able to do it, and tried schedule callback since yesterday and no luck.
