Callback service not working- trying to cancel plan for someone who died

I scheduled and received two callbacks.  However, the phone just kept ringing once I was connected to the callback, and then eventually I was just disconnected.  I need to cancel the phone for someone who has died

I am confused, How could your phone keep ringing after  you picked up the phone. You meant there was noone else on other end?

I think the called did not connect on both end so the customer just heard a ringing tone
