is it normal for a scheduled callback to be over 2 hours late? this is a terrible system. having no number to call in yourself and relying on a robot to schedule a callback that never shows up. and when you try to schedule a new callback even after 2 hours it just says ‘Looks like you’ve already scheduled a callback’ so can’t even change times
