Call Back Request

Userlevel 1

I want to schedule a call back but trying to go through this process is painful.  Can someone please give me step by step directions on how to get a Koodo rep (human) to call me?

You can request it in Koodo. Com/chat we can likely help you here with whatever you need. 

I get the sentiment but a Koodo Rep is by default a human.

@Squirrel Have you gone to koodo.com/chat ? Because we don’t see a request placed for a callback. There is no conversation log. Were you dialing our 1-866? Did you get the text that would have been sent at the end of the recording?

I did get the text message and followed the instruction but still experiencing challenges.  Not sure what the heck I’m doing wrong here

What is that 1-866 number you referenced?  I have *611 and get no where with that number.

@Squirrel Right, *611 would have been the same experience. A text sent and a link to connect with Koodo Assist and  if need be the ability to schedule a callback.

Rep called me...thanks everyone.  It appears my firewall was the issue in terms of using their Chat button feature.

I had to shut off work wifi and use data which then permitted me access to the chat feature.
