I am a bring your own device customer. I was thinking about getting a new device with Koodo and I know i would have to change my plan. For some reason it wont allow me to do this online, would i have to create an entirely new account and move my number over? Has anyone encountered this before?

You should be able to do this online. What does it tell you when it doesn't let you change your plan on line?
