billing and voice mail language problem

Hi there,

I just bought my phone at Best buy and the guy set up the wrong information.

First day I got the message from Koodo, it was all French. I couldn’t understand but I ignored.

And then, I got the voice mail but I haven’t chance to set up the voice mail yet. I dialled my voice mail and I only can hear French, so I can’t set up my voice mail also can’t change the language option.

And also, I just got the billing info, and it is all French... 

I don’t know what happen to my personal information… 

I only understand English…

Please someone can help me to solve this problem. I call the customer service number but it was also French....

You can change the language settings for your voicemail. You need to first press 4 to access your personal options, then press 5 to change your language. Once that is complete, you should be able to switch back to English. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/voicemail
