I am absolutely amazed how a company can decline in customer service in 2 years. I've been with Koodo for roughly 10 years and it is now absolutely incompetent on every level. They recruit new clients with no idea on how to retain them and take their existing clients for granted.

This is my third encounter with Koodo this week and the loyalty department and I got disconnected. No attempt at a call back!
