Believe it or not, I just had the best customer support experience ever! I've dealt with various other companies over the past 20 years and they all pail in comparison. I've been having intermittent problems with my Ace (loss signal that required power ff/on to be able to receive call/text). I took it in for repair and as I feared because of the intermittent nature of the problem all they could do is wipe and test. well the problem is back so I called support and here is what happened: 1. got to somebody quick. 2. they were quick and easy to talk with. 3. didn't mess around just suggested a second Ace sent free or a credit to the tab. 4. I asked for a bigger credit then she was allowed to give so she passed me off to a manager. 5. The manager quickly came on and was fully briefed I didn't have to repeat a thing. 6. After a couple of minutes the manager agreed to bit larger tab credit. they were fast, polite, easy to understand and straight to the point with what they could and could not do. If this becomes the standard of service, they can put other companies out of business.
