Thanks for the heads up, Timo 🙂 We had a crazy phone day here (landline) so we're confined to mobile for the time being... so it's good to know at least some of our woes isn't our end 😃

As I stated already: It's a Rogers outage. Call Rogers or wait for them to fix it. There is nothing Koodo can do about it.

Actually Petra, there is an easy solution. Switch to Koodo. 🙂 Keep your phone even and get 10% off a monthly plan.

Exactly, I haven't made a call in a month or two and that's only because I was calling a store lol. My minutes go to waste almost every month but it's good to have the option I guess.
