I want to add another person to my account but I can't find it in my account

Are you trying to add another line to your account? You can do that by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Self Serve account.
  2. From the “Shop” drop-down menu, select “Plans”. 
  3. Select “Add a new line to Account”. 
  4. Choose a plan.
  5. Once you are done, you can pick the phone you want. 

If you still have any other issues, you can contact a Koodo rep by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist or sending a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
