I did all the needed setup on SIM and port number. Still have not got my text/email saying it completed. after nearly 6 hours no completed message and I can not setup wifi calling too.
Just want to go through all the steps just to make sure.
So you requested in your account to port your number over from your previous carrier.
You replied yes to the authorization text on your old carriers sim.
Then you put in the Koodo sim.
And after those steps what exactly is happening? Reading no sim, showing the wrong number, etc?
I do not get a email saying the port is done and I can not activate wifi calling and call out on the Telus network.
