Go to Koodo Assist and enter "resume service" to schedule a callback. You can also send a message to a Koodo rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling

If you don’t have a landline or another phone line service to use, I would suggest you to download an app that can make and receive calls, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number instead.

Did you use your own number (which was in seasonal hold) for scheduled callback? if so, the callback cannot reach you as it requires a phone line allowing incoming calls. I would suggest you schedule a callback to another number. As Milky way mentioned, Another way is to chat with a rep via facebook/Twitter  messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo
