I lost my phone a few weeks back and ordered a new one with a new sim card. I am trying to activate the new card and the only way it's saying to do this is to use the old one. Well I don't have the old one and I really need the use of this phone. How do I do this? seems to be a major flaw in the system. I am not impressed that I can't talk to someone regarding this issue.

You could try to report your SIM as lost with this guide https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone
After that, you can “Reactivating your phone with a new SIM card” in selfserve.
If that doesn’t work, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. Facebook messaging is probably the best method https://www.facebook.com/Koodo
