accidentally transferred my number to an existing number


i accidentally moved my number and now two people are sharing the same number. I originally wanted to change my number. now when i click "change number" on Koodo self serve, it says "check transfer tool". i would like to cancel this and be able to change my number to an unregistered number

What do you mean you accidentally moved your number? Did you "port out" your number to another provider or" port in" to Koodo? I don't think it's possible to share a number... You can call Koodo tech support from your Koodo phone *611 option6 or 1-866-995-6636

If you recently ported your number over it can take 2 hours for the full port to complete which results in both phones having the same number during that time and some funny things to occur "identity crisis"
