I am new to Koodo, I ordered a SIM card 2 weeks ago, but I have not receive it yet. However, the Koodo bill was sent to me already.
It can take upwards of 10 business days according to the site. I would definitely send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it refunded to the day you actually got the Sim. Its possible they would refuse that tho. I'm not a fan of getting charged when you don't even have a Sim card yet.
